Recipe
1. You are boiling 1.5 gallons (5-6 liters) of water.
2. When it boils, add a large handful of mushroom slices 2.5 ounces ( 70 grams).
3. After boiling for 30 minutes, cover it (preferably with a lid that doesn't have holes).
4. Cover and cook on the lowest setting for 8 to 24 hours.
5. Then, filter the mixture to reserve only the liquid.
6. Store the liquid in well-sealed glass containers after cooling down, in a cool, dark place or in the fridge.
It is best to consume 100 milliliters (1 dl) five times a day and pay attention to your daily water intake.
